India has banned 43 more China-made mobile applications as part of its campaign against what it says are relentless cybersecurity attacks.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology said it blocked the apps "based on the comprehensive reports received from the India Cyber Crime Coordination Center, Ministry of Home Affairs."

The banned apps include Snack Video, a popular short video service supported by Tencent, commerce app AliExpress, delivery app Lalamove, shopping app Taobao Live and video game Conquista Online II .

"This action was taken based on the inputs regarding these apps for engaging in activities which are prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defense of India, security of state and public order," the ministry said in a statement.

The government earlier banned 59 apps June 29. It banned 118 more Sept. 2.

Among the previously banned apps were TikTok, Bigo Live and PUBG Mobile.
