Luffy has been going through a lot of obstacles to reach Kaido. The Yonko dragon even flies the Island of Onigashima to the Capital of Flowers to escape the Straw Hats captain. Will Luffy still have the chance to meet Kaido in One Piece Chapter 998?
Devdiscourse noted Kaido could make the island float and bring it in the Flower Capital. With his vast array of abilities, he can pretty much do everything.
He can produce flame clouds and use them to fly, just like what he did with Onigashima Island. After what happened, can Luffy save the people of Wano from Kaido's hands?
According to BlockToro, Luffy may finally reach Kaido, and the primary battle may happen up in the air. However, there are also theories that Zoro will use Oden's sword, Enma, against Kaido that will leave him with a huge injury.
