SEAL Team season 4 episode 5 is coming next year on CBS, with the title "The Carrot or the Stick." Ray Perry (Neil Brown Jr.) will be at the front and center of everything when the military-action drama returns. He's still in danger based on what happened in the fourth episode.
SEAL Team season 4 episode 5 will see the Bravo Team continue following Ray's path and his whereabouts. In episode 4, titled "Shockwave," he was severely injured and in a bad shape following a café bombing. He was taken hostage by some men, presumably the bombers.
Jason Hayes (David Boreanaz) informed Ray's wife about what happened. Later on, the Bravo Team went on a mission to search for their missing team member. But, since the team was grounded, they're all assigned Alpha, Charlie, and Foxtrot.
This prompted Jason to go to Lindell (Jamie McShane) and told him that he needs to get back on the Bravo Team so they could locate Ray. The team was regrouped, and they were sent to Tunisia. They almost find him, but he was dragged somewhere else by his captors.
Ray is still in danger in SEAL Team season 4 episode 5. The Bravo Team needs to do whatever they can in order to find him, though they recognized this wouldn't be easy for them. Jason pushed the team to go to extreme lengths and even cross the dangerous line to find their missing brother.
Ray, on the other hand, is also doing his best to survive captivity. Even if he gets through his current situation, the incident may have a huge impact on his life. Many things happened to him, and it's yet to be seen how he's going to live his life after this.
Meanwhile, there's also a question about Jason and the Bravo team in SEAL Team season 4 episode 5. The former decided to join the team again on this mission, so does this mean he's back with them? It can be noted that Jason made a huge decision in the early run of the new installment.
Jason decided to step down as the operator of the Bravo Team. But, he might choose to work with them in the field again because of what happened to Ray. This is something that needed to be answered when the show comes back.
SEAL Team season 4 episode 5 airs on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, on CBS.
