According to BlockToro, Sasuke may use some "overpowered doujutsu" like Izanami to trap Momoshiki inside Boruto. In Boruto: Naruto Next Generations movie, it has been known that Sasuke plays a major role in bringing Momoshiki down.
So, it is highly likely that their next fight will be a bloody one. However, Naruto may stop Sasuke knowing that Boruto will take the pain in any damage he will do against Momoshiki.

It has been known that Momoshiki stabbed Sasuke in the eye while inside Boruto's body. The latter also warned that he would end Naruto and the rest of them all soon. He even said that he is quite surprised that they managed to bring Isshiki down.
With the joint powers of Naruto, Sasuke, and Kawaki, they were all able to defeat Isshiki. The latter didn't have the chance to implant his Karma on Kawaki that resulted in his demise. Now that Isshiki is gone, the next big enemy in Boruto Chapter 54 will be Momoshiki.
