Zara Tindall is a picture of a happy and healthy pregnant mom! Her husband, former rugby star, Mike Tindall, shared a recent photo of his wife on his Instagram, but it didn't show her baby belly.

Mike captioned the new photo of Zara with himself with an announcement that they will both join in a fitness competition for a cause for the Doodie Aid. Admitting that it might not be the right decision to compete with his pregnant wife to open 2021, Mike said that they're participating anyway because it's for a "fantastic cause."

The Tindalls announced in early December that they are expecting their third baby. The child will be Queen Elizabeth's 10th great-grandchild, who will be the 20th in the line of succession.

The couple is already mom and dad to Mia Grace, 6, and Lena Elizabeth, 2, who were apparently not told ahead of time that they would have a third sibling since they would babble in school.

Zara and Mike, who have been married since 2011, have lost two other babies due to a miscarriage after Mia was born. Lena is actually the couple's rainbow baby.

Meanwhile, Mia and Lena recently made a surprise appearance on their father's sports podcast for The Good, The Bad, and The Rugby's Christmas episode. Lena was the first to disturb her father and stole his Santa hat. She then went out of the room and came back with her older sister Mia, who was returning their dad's festive headband.

Zara's voice can be heard at the far end of the room telling her daughters to get out since their dad is recording his show with co-hosts Alex Payne and James Haskell. However, both girls stayed a few more minutes to look at the camera until their mom beckoned them out of the room again.

Mike said in another podcast show that he'd love the third baby regardless if it's a boy or a girl, but he and Zara are hoping they will have a son this time. The couple did not disclose where they plan to have the birth, but Zara had Lena near their home at Gatcombe Park at the Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.

Lena holds the record of being the heaviest royal baby born in her generation. She was supposed to be named Elena Tindall but realized her initials would make people laugh since it's E.T.
