The Expanse season 5 episode 6 is airing this week on Amazon Prime Video, with the title "Tribes." Marco Inaros (Keon Alexander) remains to be the most compelling adversaries in the current installment. He'll do whatever it takes to fulfill his plans and achieve his goals.

The Expanse season 5 episode 6 picks up where the fifth episode left off. Marco is still the biggest thorn for everyone. He is determined to make whatever on his mind happens, even if it comes at a great cost. This person believes that he is doing the right thing for his people.

Marco has caused huge damage on Earth after an asteroid hit the planet. The good thing is that Amos Burton (Wes Chatham) is still alive despite the catastrophe. But then, one of the major concerns is whether or not Alex Kamal (Cas Anvar) and Bobbie Draper (Frankie Adams) survived.

Episode 5 ended with both Alex and Bobbie trying to figure out how to avoid the imminent danger. They found out that the Martians are involved with Marco's Free Navy. The two realized that the latter has gained more people, making their situation more dangerous.

However, Alex and Bobbie's ship was detected, prompting the Belter ships to attack them. In order to secure their safety, Alex chose to activate the emergency core dump. Eventually, they collided with the weapons that Marco's people unleashed. Their ship disappeared in distance -- leaving their fate uncertain.

It's yet to be seen whether Alex and Bobbie both make it out alive in The Expanse season 5 episode 6. Marco is trying to outrun them and he'll do everything to achieve victory. But, in the closing minutes of the previous episode, no one else is behind the two -- hinting that they'll be fine on the other side.

Beyond Alex and Bobbie's storyline, more lives are in danger. For instance, there's a concern when it comes to Naomi Nagata (Dominique Tipper). She managed to deliver the message to James Holden (Steven Strait) about the ship and she was held captives, but this could come with consequences.

The synopsis of The Expanse season 5 episode 6 notes that Holden and the Roci crew will go on a hunt. Amos and Clarissa Mao (Nadine Nicole) look for a place on the devastated Earth, while Chrisjen Avasarala (Shohreh Aghdashloo) comes back to a position of power.

The Expanse season 5 episode 6 airs on Wednesday, January 6, on Amazon Prime Video.
