The growing list of mods available for the game, however, offers players the chance to enjoy the game with impostors and crewmates taking a particular role. What is The "Among Us" Werewolf Impostor Mod
The Werewolf Impostor mod is a game that players can enjoy within "Among Us." YouTuber SSundee recently shared a video showing how fun and exciting it is to play this mod. Players who get to play as the Impostor is given a special power in this mod to be a Werewolf.
Special powers include having a special button that when pressed, allows the impostor to transform into a werewolf. When the button is pressed, all the lights go out on the map and the only player who can see everything is obviously the werewolf. It also allows the werewolf impostor to see the crewmates' locations on the map.
This gives him the advantage of killing crewmates without raising suspicion from other players. But, the werewolf button, just like the Kill Cooldown in the classic "Among Us" has a cooldown period. This prevents that impostor from transforming anytime he wants.
It also allows him to strategically plan when and where to transform. The Werewolf Impostor mod in "Among Us" makes it almost impossible to defeat the impostor. Since he can easily blend in with the crewmates, he can easily manipulate them into believing that it is someone else but him.

"Among Us" Rip-Off Game
In November, a rip-off "Among Us" game called "Werewolf Among Us" was launched in China. At launch, the game topped the download charts of app stores in the region. SCMP reported that the clone game surpassed giant titles in the country like "Peacekeeper Elite" and "Honour of Kings." The game was developed by Shenzhen Youliang Technology and was launched on Oct. 2020.
Meanwhile, A new map called Airship is set to arrive soon in "Among Us," Innersloth recently teased some details about the map in a tweet. Aside from a brief video, the devs mention that the new map could introduce a new form of betrayal. The video shows a moving platform that seemingly transports players from point A to B.
"Among Us" is now available on PC, iOS and Android devices. The airship map is set to release in 2021.
