The first season of "Call of Duty Mobile" for 2021 is just a few days away, and as the new season draws near, devs are slowly hinting at the things that players could enjoy in the game, including a new and exclusive multiplayer map.
On its official blog, devs behind "Call of Duty Mobile" recently announced the exclusive multiplayer map coming to the game on its first season. Dubbed as Reclaim, this new map is an original one and not taken from other "Call of Duty" titles. The map still has the holiday hangover since there are visible Christmas decors in some of its parts.
Unlike other maps, Reclaim features an expansive central walkway loaded with covers with a bridge overlooking the middle pathway, which could be an ideal spot for snipers. The new map offers access to the upper floor of the map. At one end of the map, players could find a Christmas tree, which could serve as a perfect cover when trying to access the pathways to the upper floor.
Reclaim is a medium-sized map set in the marketplace of an abandoned city. In a recently released map snapshot, devs behind "Call of Duty Mobile" suggested that players use the Striker shotgun when playing on this map. The design of the map indicates that more close-range fights are going to happen, so the best possible weapon is a powerful one perfect for close encounters.

Players who participated in the game's public test beta in Dec. 2020 are familiar with the Reclaim map. In the test build, the map is called, Rebirth. Apart from a new map, "Call of Duty Mobile" is also getting two new weapons on its first season this year. Devs have been teasing about these weapons over the past week. These could be the SKS rifle and the FAMAS burst rifle. The devs also confirmed that a new battle royale mode is coming next season. The new mode features smaller circles and more heated actions. Compared to the usual battle royale battle, the Blitz BR mode only accommodates 40 players. The Attack of the Undead 20 is also rumored to launch in the game's upcoming season.

The said mode will be an improved version of the same mode that was introduced in the game in 2020. Unfortunately, the devs have not yet said anything about this mode. However, considering that the first season is about to start, players will definitely get more official details about this mode in the next few days.
