Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner followed Donald Trump's move to Florida after exiting the White House. The former First Family flew and relocated to Miami on the day of Joe Biden's inauguration.

They have since maintained their silence in their respective new homes and will seemingly continue to do so in the next few weeks. But, the case appears to be different on their neighbors' side, according to the Daily Express.

Speaking to OK! magazine, unnamed sources claimed that many local residents will "steer clear" of the Kushner couple, especially after what happened at the U.S. Capitol.

An insider continued that "Miami is a very liberal town," adding that the former White House top advisors will need "constant security presence" as there will always be commotions everywhere they go.

It all appears to make sense considering what Ivanka Trump did after the debacle at the Capitol. People previously reported that the First Daughter received criticisms from the public after calling the protestors "American patriots" on social media.

She, however, deleted the post on Twitter a few minutes after releasing the tweet. Even so, many netizens continued to slam her for her statements.

This, then, caused her to defend herself from all the negative comments. She explained that she was referring to a "peaceful protest" when she said patriotic. She added that "violence is unacceptable, and must be condemned in the strongest terms."

Before their exit from the White House, speculations emerged that Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner will relocate to Florida. This came after several sources confirmed their property purchase inside the Indian Creek back in December, adding that the estate is situated in a very exclusive community, also known as the "Billionaire's Bunker."

A day before the inauguration, various publications confirmed that they were heading to the state as they signed a lease for a condominium unit at the Arte. Insider reported that the building is located in Surfside, Florida, wherein they would likely stay for a year as they construct a new home inside Indian Creek.

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner's new home is just a few minutes away from Mar-a-Lago, where Donald Trump and Melania Trump have relocated since their exit. Some reports, also, noted that the former First Lady has a temporary office inside the exclusive club.

Following the move, though, CNN learned that many members of the club have since left Mar-a-Lago "because they no longer want to have any connection" to Trump. The assertions first came from historian Laurence Leamer, who authored the Mar-a-Lago: Inside the Gates of Power at Donald Trump's Presidential Palace.

He revealed that he spoke to various former members, who "silently walked out" when Trump left the Oval Office. He, also, claimed that the club has now become a "very dispirited place."
