Eight teams will soon be four left to play in the NCAA Men's basketball championship, representing a diverse geographic spread and playing styles, though schools from the U.S. West have gained an upperhand.
The "Elite Eight: are now being winnowed into the the "Final Four" Game Saturday, April 3.
So far, Baylor has won a spot in the Final Four beating Arkansas 81 to 72, while Gonzaga, a school in Bozeman, Montana, is set to play the University of Southern California.
Houston bested Oregon State 67 to 61 for a Final Four spot, with the Michigan and the University of California Los Angeles the final contest before the top teams meet at the end of the week.
