K-Pop idols have flawless skin as if they are like glass. This is why many refer to it as the "glass skin" because they are spot-free and without blemishes.

Fans and followers have always wondered how these personalities were able to achieve such skin. It makes total sense because many people want to have this kind of facial feature.

Koreaboo said that two Korean skin experts recently revealed the "secret." In an interview for AYO's Comment Defenders, dermatologists Chan Woo and Jeong Seon Mi discussed the matter, sharing some tips and information about some of today's idols' skin.

The conversations began after a netizen referenced Jaehyun of NCT's "perfect skin." As noted, the K-Pop idol has "white but pinky" skin, adding that he never had acne in his life.

The same individual, then, asked whether being born with it is the "most essential factor." Although the skincare experts agreed that it is "important," they emphasized that maintenance is much more essential.

The local dermatologists consequently shared that while many idols no longer need skin treatments, there are still some who do. Typically, those who are born with nice skin obtain "recondition phials" as their main treatment.

Chan Woo and Jeong Seon Mi continued, however, that K-Pop idols do not receive "special treatments." They argued that they provide the same treatment to regular clients as what they give to celebrities.

There is a secret, though, as to why idols achieve "exceptionally clear skin" than most regular individuals, despite having the same procedures and treatments. The experts said that these personalities spend a lot more than most people think.

Accordingly, the only secret to having flawless, glass-looking skin, like what most K-Pop idols have today, is "spend as much as idols do." On an average note, male celebrities, reportedly, visit their dermatologists twice a week, and they get treatments "steadily."

Aside from spending money, though, maintenance still plays an essential role. Allure previously released some tips and hacks that most K-Pop idols do to keep their flawless skin.

Skin hydration appears to be the most important thing among all. Most idols keep their skin hydrated by using sheet masks and mists all the time.

Moisturizers are a great deal, too. However, some South Korean celebrities, reportedly, noted that they limit the application. As for others, they only use ring fingers when applying products to their faces.

Meanwhile, other K-Pop stars emphasize the importance of sleep more than the use of skincare products. As reported, many believe that being asleep between 10 P.M. and 2 A.M. is crucial for the skin's health.
