According to BlockToro, the new chapter will begin with the Red Scabbards finally reaching the third floor and running to help Momonosuke. Kinemon realizes they have been outnumbered, so he suggests that they should split up.
Nekomamushi runs into Shishilian and Bariet and learns that Pedro is already dead. He then knows that his killer is near the island, facing Carrot and Wanda, so he goes on his way.
Momonosuke and Shinobi notice Yamato is eager to fight in One Piece Chapter 1012. She then asks Momonosuke how Luffy is, to which the latter confirms he is fine and fighting Kaido alone.
Yamato says she has to hurry, leaving Momonosuke, who opens Oden's journal. The scene then shows Sanji running to help Momonusuke.
He is fighting Kaido's men while carrying Zoro on his back after sustaining severe injuries. A flashback then begins, showing Law, Zoro, and Zeus above Sanji.
The latter has to carry Law and Zoro. Law then hears Big Mom, so he decides to follow her. He then tells Sanji has broken 20 to 30 bones in his body, so Sanji has to treat him.
He then puts a lot of bandages on Zoro, making him look like a giant cross. Who injures him this much? It was Kaido and Big Mom.
Despite what happened, Zoro and Zanji know Luffy will surely win against Kaido.
Recent Highlights noted fans love the way Sanji saves Zoro in One Piece Chapter 1012. A lot of readers, in fact, want to see these two as partners in crime.
So, they are now clamoring for Eiichiro Oda to feature a bromance between these two. They may work as a duo and face enemies in a tag team battle.
