The fight between Boruto, Kawaki and Code will be finally over in "Boruto" Chapter 65. However, it looks like someone will stop it instead of these three putting it to an end.
The battle between these three will encounter a number of interruptions that will eventually halt it. So, what will be the reason behind it in "Boruto" Chapter 65?
Some believe Sasuke may appear here, though it is highly unlikely. Sasuke has experienced a major decrease in power, so it remains to be seen how strong he is today.
However, there are theories that he may still work with Naruto to face Code. Will this happen?
Code may hold his own against Boruto and the gang, but Recent Highlights noted that he might be pushed back. Speaking of Boruto, it looks like Amado's pills are now working on him, making him stay in control despite the Momoshification.
Though it is quite unreliable, it cannot be denied that it helps Boruto become stronger. So in "Boruto" Chapter 65, Boruto may reveal more of his abilities and fans will see his actual situation with Momoshiki.
However, as he has collapsed after extensively using his Karma, it remains to be seen if it is a side effect of Amado's pills or Momoshiki acting up. As Code said, he may be gaining the combat experience stored in his Karma that makes him grow stronger.
Meanwhile, in "Boruto" Chapter 64, Naruto believed Boruto was with Kawaki, but Shikamaru revealed they were with an enemy. Code might have tracked Kawaki, but they could only follow Boruto's Chakra, making them think that Kawaki had died.
Shikamaru went with Naruto knowing Kurama was gone, per OtakuKart News. Though Naruto complained, nothing could stop Shikamaru from helping him to save the kids.
Shikamaru also revealed Sasuke had yet to return from tracking Code, while Sai guarded Amado. Hinata, then, arrived and asked about Boruto and told Naruto she would go, too.
Naruto refused and asked her to look after Himawari instead. Elsewhere, Boruto tried to absorb the Claws Marks on the battlefield, but nothing happened, making him realize it might not be made of Chakra.
Kawaki revealed the iron was mixed with Code's blood, so the Karma would not work on it. Kawaki, then, asked Boruto about Momoshiki, but the protagonist seemed to have no idea.
He believed Amado's pills worked. This made Code realize that fighting Boruto would be of no use, so he said goodbye to the two.
However, Kawaki did not let him go away and started the fight. Boruto, alternatively, used Rasengan but missed the target. What happens next can be seen when "Boruto" Chapter 65 drops on Monday, Dec. 20.
