Speculations and rumors continue to follow Kim Kardashian as her new relationship with Pete Davidson develops. This comes as the two celebrities have yet to break their silence about the matter.

Recently, sources claimed that the reality star is feeling "a little jealous" as they will not spend New Year's Eve together. As the public would recall, Davidson will lead NBC's "New Year's Eve Special," alongside Miley Cyrus.

It is alleged that Kardashian is "jealous" of the "Slide Away" singer. Alongside her new flame spending the holiday with the songstress, she, also, knows "well" that the "SNL" star and Cyrus have a lot in common.

The insiders maintained the narrative saying, Pete Davidson and Miley Cyrus only have a one-year age gap. However, Kim Kardashian is 13 years older than the 28-year-old celebrity.

In addition to the age differences, the "Wrecking Ball" singer, also, allegedly sends "flirty" texts to her fellow tattoo enthusiast. She even calls him "at all hours" to talk about their upcoming show.

The sources, later on, noted that, despite feeling jealous, as well as it irking her, Kardashian "is trying not to act insecure." Nevertheless, she is reportedly threatening to put Cyrus in her place.

The accusations toward Kim Kardashian appear to have emerged following the announcement of this year's hosts for the NBC special. Forbes said that the annual event from the network is "getting a makeover" with Pete Davidson and Miley Cyrus leading the show titled, "Miley's New Year's Eve Party."

SNL creator Lorne Michaels will executive produce the material, which will broadcast live from Miami, Florida. It will, also, feature several special guests and music performances, making it a "must watch evening."

Reports, then, stated that the NBC special will go up against "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest." It is an ABC special, and ranked as the highest-rated entertainment show last season.

Meanwhile, it remains unclear whether the accusations are true. Aside from Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson not making a comment about anything that relates to their links, the sources have not provided any evidence to support the claims. Accordingly, the accusations remain as speculations.

As for Kardashian and Davidson, People said that the two personalities went out last Saturday. They spent time together in Staten Island, where they watched the new Marvel film installment, "Spider-Man: No Way Home." It is, also, reported that Scott Disick joined the duo for the outing.
