BTS is now enjoying their extended vacation after having a very hectic 2020 and 2021. There is no official announcement yet on when they will return, so here is what Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook are up to?

Each BTS member is taking their much-needed time off. Fans won't miss them as much, though. Thankfully, they now have their own Instagram and often update their followers of their whereabouts and activities.

First off is RM. The band's leader reveals that one of his favorite activities is Namjooning, an act of living like Kim Nam Joon, RM's real name. He loves to explore nature, to enjoy some artwork and architecture that quickly makes his Instagram an archive of his interests with his posts.

Second is V. The 26-year-old singer-songwriter uses his time to bond with his friends, as seen on his now-deleted Instagram story with Park Hyo Shin, Koreaboo noted.

Next up is Jin. He seems to be fond of just hanging around after posing with the character of Pink Beam from the video game series "MapleStory."

The fourth one is J-Hope. Just like V, he poses with his favorite cartoon character Snoopy to greet everyone with a Happy Lunar New Year at the comfort of his own home. He also seems to go back down memory lane after sharing some throwback snaps from his Polaroid camera to reminisce special occasions with other BTS members.

Next on the list is Suga, who is also posting throwback photos when they are still doing "Life Goes On" promotions in 2020. He describes his expression as "I want to get off work," which may imply his eagerness to perform again.

Moreover, Jungkook's update looks slightly different from the rest of the boys. Instead of himself or his past activities, he posts some close-up photos of his dogs, Bam, Song and Paeng.

Lastly, BTS's Jimin's last Instagram post was on Jan. 8. Though he rarely posts anything as of late, many knew he went online after liking Suga's photo.

Meanwhile, Big Hit officially announced the extended period of rest of BTS, per Vulture. It was the first break they took since 2019 so that Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook would get the chance to spend the holidays with their families.

In a statement, the label asked fans to consider the group's need to enjoy their time as ordinary people and spend their everyday lives focusing on themselves, however short. When BTS returns, they will be preparing for a concert and a new album that will mark the beginning of their new chapter.
