Former AOA member Mina is back at it again. After Jimin returns to the social media world to share a new song to her fans, the controversial artist talks again about their bullying incident.
Jimin is now back in the business and some netizens believe Mina will start to talk about what happened between them again. True to their hunch, the singer-actress did it and posted a netizen's direct message to her about the issue.
AllKpop noted the netizen asked the 28-year-old star why she lied about what really happened between her and Jimin. The netizen continued that she trusted what she said and even empathized with her.
However, she noticed that Mina's mental state had worsened, so she hoped Mina could get treatment. She added she used to be her fan but would retire from it from now on.
In response, Mina once again talked about the alleged bullying she experienced. She even stressed that she didn't lie about it.
"I explained the previous situation but wasn't believed in again," she said. When Dispatch unveiled the transcript and text details that she had with Jimin, she felt it was "strategically revealed."
Though she knew she was wrong for cursing, she said she had reasons and remembered everything. However, she couldn't help but be curious about why they had to put her down even though she tried so hard.
For starters, Dispatch released a detailed report of the conversation of the current and former AOA members, per Soompi. In July 2020, Mina claimed she had experienced years of harassment from the group's leader Jimin after they shared an embrace during the wake of her father in April of the same year.
Hence, many were surprised when Mina made the revelation and spoke against Jimin in a post. Jimin denied the claims, but Mina continued to write more revelations about the matter.
Mina even revealed other AOA members came to her house to discuss the issue. Jimin even went with them at the time.
After that meeting, Jimin made a statement to issue an apology to Mina on Instagram. However, Mina made her own post to deny that Jimin had apologized.
That same day, Jimin left AOA and the entertainment industry as a whole and didn't respond to Mina's claims anymore. By the looks of it, nothing has been solved between the two, as Mina is continuously making claims about Jimin and the alleged bullying she had experienced during her time as an AOA member.
