NHK and Bandai Namco Pictures have officially announced the release date and dropped an official poster of "Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-Kun" Season 3. As one of the major franchises coming back this year, fans have been eagerly waiting for Iruma Suzuki's return.

Viewers have been looking forward to "Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-Kun" Season 3's release this fall, which the new image has hyped up. As Iruma is about to return to school, what new adventures await?

The second season's ending hinted at the beginning of the second term of Iruma's time in school. The new season will kick off with a new arc that will see the returning class undergoing further training to prepare everyone for the upcoming Harvest Festival and all the tests that come with it.

The poster, alternatively, sees the cast of characters' upgrades as they begin another new journey. Everyone is now up for the challenge to reach a higher rank before losing their position in the best classroom.

Hence, ComicBook noted that the stakes would be higher in "Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-Kun" Season 3. The coming of the third season was quickly announced after the second season ended in September 2021.

Creator Osamu Nishi said back then that a third season would come and just like fans, he was so happy about it, per Anime Geek. He described the first season as "bright and fun," while the second one was "weird and hot."

With that said, he couldn't wait for fans to see what the third season had to offer. "I'll be screaming in front of the TV again!" he quipped.

Director Makoto Moriwaki, on the other hand, revealed "Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-Kun" Season 3 would begin with a new school year set after the end of the second season. He said the students must take the latest test of Harvest Festival and even dropped some major spoilers.

He teased that Iruma and the gang must gather ingredients from the giant trees to get some points as each abnormal class has its own masters. A new rival will then appear, possessing strong magic.

Another character will also be seen and nobody knows if he's a friend or foe. So, what is Iruma willing to do to get to the next stage? Will he separate from Azu and Clara?

These questions will finally be answered when "Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-Kun" Season 3 drops on October 8.
