Though Takemichi is receiving a good beating, he has a monstrous endurance that keeps him to his feet. However, no one can blame him if he eventually collapses with the torture he's going through, making fans afraid of his future in "Tokyo Revengers" Chapter 267.
He already looks exhausted from the fight, and the endless beating may soon take its toll on his body. Hopefully, everything will change in the next chapter forward.

Mikey asked Takemichi why he continuously got back up despite having an injured body and the reality that he couldn't win against him. Takemichi then revealed he had made several promises to Mikey himself, Baji and Draken that he would save him no matter what.
