"One Piece" Episode 1036 will be as intense as it can be. With the continuation of the series of fights in Onigashima, can they now finally stop and beat Kaido?
Kaido has now returned to the Onigashima castle to crush the Pirate-Samurai alliance. Momo has been hiding all along, but he's now ready to come out and fight.
The new episode will return to the present timeline as Momo is about to find his resolve and attack Kaido and his subordinates. As seen in the preview, Luffy remains unconscious and continuously falls to the bottom of the sea.
The Straw Hat pirates can't believe their captain has been defeated and seeing Kaido entering the castle will make them suspicious. Despite what happened, the group has no reason to stop the fight in "One Piece" Episode 1036.
Sanji begins to attack Queen to save Chopper. Izo and Kawamatsu also face an unknown enemy. By the looks of it, they remain determined to beat Kaido and his men even without Luffy.
With that, Momo will be inspired to see them doing their best in the fight against Kaido. He also saw how Kin'emon sacrificed himself for him, making him decide he was ready to face his fears.
Though he knows he's no match for Kaido's strength, Momo will make a move to inspire his people this time.
Meanwhile, "One Piece" Episode 1035 saw the fight between Chopper and Queen. Chopper was evidently struggling, taking him time before he could finally settle into their battle.
Alternatively, Bao Huang announced that Luffy and Kaido's fight had ended. Luffy fell and sank to the bottom of the sea while Kaido returned to the castle to face the other rebels.
Of course, the Straw Hats didn't want to believe it, and they had no plans to surrender. Elsewhere, Shinobu noticed a Mary watching them.
Kanjuro managed to catch up, pretending as Oden again and trying to fool Shinobu and Momo. Kiku attacked Kanjuro but failed after remembering the real Oden.
Kanjuro instead stabbed her, causing her to fall. He then revealed his real identity. As Kiku remained hopeful for Wano's future, Kin'emon comforted her.
Kiku fell unconscious, so Kin'emon faced Kanjuro and successfully beat him. Shinobu then told Kin'emon to escape, but Kaido suddenly appeared.
Kin'emon told Shinobu to run with Momo and protected the two while Kaido hit him with his weapon. The fight will continue in "One Piece" Episode 1036, which will drop on Sunday, October 16.
