Brad Pitt detailed how he moved on after he and Angelina Jolie split in 2016. As an art lover, he tried to make a sculpture to oust what he felt at the time.

Pitt and Jolie continuously feud with each other. Aside from their ongoing child custody battle, they now are having a dispute over their shared French winery.

After his separation, the 58-year-old actor told The Financial Times that he turned to his two friends, Australian singer Nick Cave and British artist Thomas Houseago. The three were all dealing with their own issues, and the "Bullet Train" star said their "mutual misery became comic."

But out of that misery, he saw a flicker of joy in his life. "I always wanted to be a sculptor; I'd always wanted to try it," he said.

He then created artwork about "self-reflection." He looked at his own life and concentrated on acknowledging his own issues, thinking of his failed relationships and the things he had done wrong.

That point of his life made him think that it was a result of "ownership" of what he called a "radical inventory of self," which got "brutally honest" with him. "Taking account of those I may have hurt," he continued.

This came after Jolie's email to her then-husband resurfaced on TikTok, though it was already part of a court document. The "Maleficent" star started by saying she chose to write, so she wouldn't get too emotional.

She then revealed her decision to sell Chateau Miraval Winery, where they brought their twins, got married, and thought she would grow old. She admitted she was still crying when she wrote the email but promised to treasure the memories of what it was.

Sadly, Jolie found it the same place that "marked the beginning of the end" of their family and a business "centered around alcohol," referring to Pitt's alcoholism. Amidst her hope that it would be a place that would hold them together and where they would find peace and light, she felt like he wanted her out.

She added that her ex might be pleased to receive her email after seeing money spent and decisions made without her approval and consent. She continued that she didn't see any interest in him sharing the business or changing it into something that would be healthy for their children.

For starters, Jolie sold her share of the winery to the Russian oligarch Yuri Shefler, resulting in another legal feud with Pitt.
