Gisele Bündchen will soon live across the creek from her former husband, Tom Brady's home in Miami Beach. The supermodel secretly purchased a mansion worth a whopping $11.5 million.

The ex-couple will now find it easy to co-parent their two kids, Benjamin Rein, 12, and Vivian Lake Brady, 9, now that they live near each other. Though Brady and Bündchen will surely not swim across the creek, their respective homes reportedly have their own docks.

The Victoria's Secret Angel's new home has a direct view of the footballer's grand abode, which is currently under construction on Indian Creek Island. According to reports, the model first viewed the mansion on August 16, proving their marriage was already on the rocks.

It was also when the famed quarterback went on a shocking 11-day leave from the NFL. The break was believed to be his last-ditch attempt to save their marriage. Page Six reported she officially bought the house on October 6.

A source told the publication that Bündchen was actively looking for new properties in Miami beach even before Brady took a break from his game. Her move proved that she was already done with their marriage and ready to move on.

Alternatively, the Tampa Bay Buccaneer's star's has a waterfront view of Biscayne Bay, opposing his ex-wife's house in Surfside, putting them almost directly across the narrow waterway of Indian Creek.

"You could literally swim from Gisele's place to Tom's-not that they would-but both homes will include a dock," the insider continued. "So, it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other."

The house in question has 4,000 square feet of living space and is now under construction. It boasts five beds and seven baths, more than enough for Bündchen and her two kids.

Aside from this luxurious home, New York Post also noted that the 43-year-old quietly purchased cottage near Miami Beach for $1.25 million. The house, which is believed to serve as her office space, staff quarters, or a little getaway for her alone time, has three beds and three baths.

She was recently seen vacationing in Costa Rica with her kids while she's staying at a rented property in Miami as she waits for her new home to finish construction. Bündchen may dramatically renovate her new Surfside mansion to put it on par with other eco-friendly homes.
