Priscilla Presley is now contesting her daughter Lisa Marie Presley's will, which the late singer's friend finds a "money grab." The Presley matriarch also questions the authenticity and validity of her child's testament after noticing her signature is inconsistent.

Mysterious insurance policies, fraud claims, and money grab now surround Lisa Marie's demise. With $35 million in tow, who has the right to it?

A source told Page Six that the veteran actress's move is "strictly a money grab," stressing that her only daughter had no relationship with her or her ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, or half-brother, Navarone Garibaldi.

The insider even revealed that Lockwood, with whom Lisa Marie had a bitter divorce, wasn't invited to her memorial, albeit being there. A different tipster said he wasn't even mentioned during the service, though her other ex-husband, Danny Keough, was.

The three, Priscilla, Lockwood, and Garibaldi, are presented by the same publicist, Caroline Galloway, as they all question Lisa Marie's will.

For starters, the "Dallas" alum filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court to challenge a "purported 2016 amendment" to Lisa Marie's will that removed her as a trustee. She asked the judge to determine the validity's amendment that finds her granddaughter, Riley Keough, and her late grandson, Benjamin Keough, as the trust's beneficiaries.

Priscilla alleged that Lisa Marie's signature looked inconsistent compared to her usual and customary sign. She even argued that Michael Jackson's ex-wife's name was spelled incorrectly, and the document itself was neither notarized nor delivered to her when Lisa Marie was still alive, following the terms of their 2010 trust arrangement.

Meanwhile, the bombshell documentary "TMZ Investigates: Lisa Marie Presley: Unending Tragedy" explored the issue of drugs, rapid weight loss, mysterious insurance policies, and fraud and money grab claims surrounding the star's death.

For context, Lisa Marie died of cardiac arrest on January 12 at 54. She was survived by her mom, daughter, and twins, Harper and Finley Lockwood. Her son, Benjamin, died of suicide in 2020 at 27.

Two of her four ex-husbands, Danny and Lockwood, reportedly have a feud over the custody of the twins. The outlet also contended that Lisa Marie had a strained relationship with her mother, which might result in a legal fight over her will.

TMZ producer Jacob Wasserman claimed there was "a lot of bad blood" between the two women. Though Lisa Marie and Priscilla were with each other at the Golden Globes, some family members were "absolutely shocked" to see them together, sitting at the same table.
