A lot is about to happen in the next issue as Lily reveals Lucius' plan and how he plans to do it. Everything begins when Asta slashes Lily with his Demon-Slasher Katana, which eventually returns her to normal.
She apologizes to Asta after what happened, though he never blames her. She then reveals how she has become a nun, wishing for equality and expressing her concern about the class system within the Clover Kingdom.
But the gap in magic shows no difference in the church, and she runs away. She says why she opts to join the orphanage, but her spiel is cut short when the Land of the Sun shogun Ryudo Ryuya arrives in "Black Clover" Chapter 350.
He says Asta has gotten much stronger after saving her, so it's now her turn to do the same. From there, Lily unveils Lucius' plans, holding the decisive battle in the Clover Kingdom, a.k.a. the judgment day in three days.
The villain has been preparing for this fight, integrating his soul magic with the Zogratis siblings' body, bone, and blood magic. He has gained tremendous power from Dante, Vanica, and Zenon, letting him create people from scratch.
Lucius wants to take control of all the magic in the world, including the Land of the Sun. With everything that has happened, Lily blames herself for siding with Lucius.
Asta forgives her but later faints. Ryuya believes the only way to wake her up is to defeat Lucius, so they leave her in Fumito Fujito's care to face Lucius. As "Black Clover" Chapter 350 is about to end, the five-headed dragon appears behind Asta, hinting at their one-on-one battle.
Meanwhile, "Black Clover" Chapter 349 saw Asta's promise to save Lily as they started a fight. He asked her about her motives for sending him to Hino Country.
Lily revealed she had cast a spell on him, using spatial magic to kill him instead of sending him to Hino to save him. But Lily didn't want to kill Asta, so they just continued their brawl.
Asta was convinced that Lily was the same person he knew and was only manipulated. He charged toward her and tried to return her to her human form by using Anti-Magic Perfect Zetten, opposing leaving her as a Paladin.
