"Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 212 spoilers hint at Sukuna's plans for Megumi. Sure, the turn of events don't reveal what these plans are exactly, but it seems to set up Sukuna's next move, and it has something to do with Megumi.

The spoilers tease a fight between Sukuna and an ancient sorcerer with the Tsumiki. Sukuna wants to use Megumi's body instead of Yuji's to break his spirit so that he will be the one to kill her.
This hints at Sukuna's plan to use Megumi for his plans, which may be reincarnating into his body. To support the claim, Sukuna has been waiting to reveal his next move until his desired opponent has unveiled themselves.
Knowing Yuji doesn't naturally possess Cursed Technique, Sukuna may have seen Megumi as "an overall upgrade." He may want his body to fully reincarnate, though it remains to be seen if it will happen in "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 212.
So, how will he do it? Sukuma may have been preparing for it to happen, and it may begin with a fight against Kenjaku.
However, it's possible Sukuna is only looking to fight Kenjaku to merge with Tengen and perform the same plan as Kenjaku's goals. Though fans should only take these assumptions with a grain of salt, it can't be denied that it may be why Sukuna has been so compliant in working with Angel.
Meanwhile, "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 212 spoilers see a flashback where Megumi meets Tsumiki after waking up from a coma. It then returns to the present timeline, with an imposter adding a rule.
Yuji watches Megumi reuniting with his sister, thinking everything will be fine when Gojo is set free. Tsumiki asks Kogane to add a rule that lets players enter and exit colonies.
The imposter is later revealed as Megumi's sister, who wants to fight Sukuna. She suddenly unleashes her wings and flies away, and Yuju and Angel chase after them.
Sukuna's mouth appears and says the word of his binding vow with Yuji, "Extension." He then attacks Hana and explains his binding vow to Megumi in "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 212.
He argues it's a risk worth taking and instills cursed energy into his finger before ripping it off. He laughs at Yuji for being stupid, reminding him he never promises not to harm himself.
Megumi tries to activate the Mahoraga, but Sukuna quickly stops him. He feeds the curse-imbedded finger to Megumi. Yuji then returns to his senses and sees Sukuna has already taken over Megumi.
