Liden Films has officially dropped the preview images and synopsis for "Tokyo Revengers" Season 2 Episode 5, titled "Christmas Eve." Takemichi and Chifuyu will work together with Kisaki and Hanma but with a watchful eye.

Kisaki and Hanma want to help Takemichi and Chifuyu stop Hakkai from killing his brother, Taiju, the 10th Generation Black Dragon leader. So, will they finally succeed in their plan in "Tokyo Revengers" Season 2 Episode 5?

Takemichi and Chifuyu are both aware of Hakkai's plans to kill his brother. However, they find it hard to stop him, so they ask for other Tokyo Manji Gang squad captains' help.

Sadly, only Kisaki and Hanma offer to help them, so they start gathering information about Taiju from Kokonoi. They learn Taiju will be alone on Christmas Eve, and Hakkai may attack his sibling this time.

If this happens, Takemichi and Chifuyu will have the chance to stop Hakkai from his evil deed in "Tokyo Revengers" Season 2 Episode 5.

Elsewhere, Kisaki and Hanma reveal they want to ruin Black Dragon, surprising Takemichi. He and Chifuyu may need to investigate these two to know why they offer to help them, considering Kisaki has already tried to kill them in one of the time loops.

So, despite Takemichi and Chifuyu's move to collaborate with Kisaki and Hanma, they will keep their eyes close to them.

Meanwhile, "Tokyo Revengers" Season 2 Episode 4 saw Mitsuya rejecting Hakkai's request to leave Tokyo Manji Gang and would still talk to the Black Dragon leader Shiba about it. A flashback showed Hakkai's childhood. At the time, he considered Mitsuya his role model after seeing how he had lived a good life despite the bad things around him.

Mitsuya made sure to look after his young siblings while his mother worked, helping Hakkai realize he needed to protect his family, like his sister Yuzuka, whom his elder brother, Taiju, beat.

Mitsuya talked to Taiju and Hakkai with Takemitchi and Chifuya. The two ended up with a deal to prevent a war, but Hakkai had to leave Tokyo Manji Gang, and Taiju had to stop abusing his sister.

Hakkai was already determined to stop Taiju by killing him in front of Takemitchi and Chifuyu, but the latter two wanted to stop him. From here, Kisaki and Hanma joined them, but Takemitchi was dubious of Kisaki's real intention.

What happens from here can be seen when "Tokyo Revengers" Season 2 Episode 5 drops on Sunday, February 5.
