The spoilers show Megumi fighting against Sukuna, though it may be just consciously or instinctively. This makes fans think that Sukuna has overestimated Megumi's ability as a vessel, and this may be explored in "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 214.
Sukuna revealed that he waited so long to make Megumi his vessel as he didn't want him to become a cage like Yuji. However, it looks like his plan will fail as Megumi has influenced Sukuna's Cursed Energy output.
He has been affecting Sukuna's Cursed Energy for a while now, but the latter doesn't notice. But as time passes, Sukuna is gradually becoming aware of this possibility, proving Megumi's strength and tactile to catch him by surprise.

"Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 214 spoilers begin with Sukuna fatally injuring Hana and throwing her body off the roof. Itadori watches this scene in horror after regaining consciousness. Fortunately, he's unharmed.
He jumps onto the roof to face Sukuna, who's annoyed to see him alive. He charges at the villain with his surprising raw power, puzzling the latter.
Itadori throws a rock at him, making Sukuna say Kenjaku has been creating "creepy things." He says he knows the boy's parentage and asks why Curses always have to cause misery for others.
Sukuna then uses Cleave on Itadori, but the latter is already angry with his enemy's arrogance and disregard for people. Sukuna wonders why he can't die after continuously moving forward despite Cleave constantly slashing his body.
He also questions how strong his body can be. He later realizes something wrong is going on after feeling his fingers freezing.
Itadori hits him square in the face. From here, Sukuna notices Megumi makes his Cursed Energy decline.
