After a two-week break, "Chainsaw Man" Chapter 122 will finally drop and see the beginning of Hirofumi Yoshida and Denji's romance. After Asa Mitaka and Denji's friendship has ended, a new relationship is about to begin.
However, Asa may still try to pursue Denji romantically in "Chainsaw Man" Chapter 122. Fans shall also be on the lookout for the new Devil's appearance after Nayuta warns Denji about it.

In the new chapter leaks, Fami and Yoshida may meet each other to talk about an urban legend regarding a Nostradamus Prophecy, which concerns the extinction of humans. Yoshida may know all about the Famine Devil, and he will try to ask her things about the possible catastrophic event.
Fans may also get to know about the twisted dead body seen in the previous installment. Asa will also be surprised to learn that the people watching from their balconies will die of suicide a few seconds later while being compelled by someone.
They will merge into a devil whom Yoru will try to fight off in "Chainsaw Man" Chapter 122. In addition, the name of the new Devil may not yet be unleashed, but fans already have guesses on what its name could be, like Doppelganger Devil and Death Devil, among others. However, as nothing has been confirmed yet, fans should only take these leaks with a grain of salt.
Meanwhile, "Chainsaw Man" Chapter 121 saw Denji and Asa looking gloomy after ending their friendship. Yoshida then made Asa coffee and talked to her about his values, which seemed to help her.
He explained that romantic companionship wasn't necessary when she could form a parasocial relationship through books and movies instead. It made Asa please, thinking she felt the same-or just making herself convinced.
This made her believe Yoshida liked her, but he cut their coffee time short and revealed why he approached her. Yoshida wanted to warn her not to associate herself with Denji anymore, though he refused to explain things further.
Elsewhere, Denji wasn't in the mood to hunt devils after Nayuta cut their date short. Instead, she motivated him to keep killing devils so everyone would love and worship him.
Asa then went home, longing for companionship despite convincing herself she didn't need anyone. She then saw a dead body and felt something was wrong.
Yoru then took over her body and warned her to stay behind. She then saw a number of people watching on their balconies.
