Girl group FIFTY FIFTY has recalled their challenging times due to injuries, following their direct request to their agency, Attrakt, to "withdraw the baseless framing."

On October 13, FIFTY FIFTY released an additional statement through their self-established SNS.

FIFTY FIFTY stated, "Even when we were hurt or collapsed, we couldn't give up on any member because we knew the desperate desire and effort each member put into performing on stage. We hope our pain is understood. We wanted to be protected."

They continued, "We deeply regret and apologize for the unsavory situation that has unfolded. We hold onto the hope that someday we can repay our fans and return to the stage."

Referring to the members' injuries, FIFTY FIFTY revealed, "Every performance was possible because of the members' undying passion and desire to make music, even amidst pain. We can't downplay the pain we felt during that process. Even when we couldn't bear the pain and had to call an ambulance barefoot in the early morning, or when we collapsed, there was no guardian by our side. We only had each other, relying on one another, lifting each other up, and enduring visits to the ER."

Previously, the members, in an SNS post after two months, requested CEO Jeon Hong-jun to "reveal everything about FIFTY FIFTY truthfully." They added, "We will disclose everything about our activities under surveillance and control, ruining our health. We will also reveal the true nature of the CEO's stories and why we had no choice but to leave the agency and why we can't return."

In June, FIFTY FIFTY notified Attrakt of their contract termination and, through legal representation, raised issues with Attrakt's unclear settlements and lack of support, applying for an injunction to suspend the exclusive contract. However, on August 28th, the 50th Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court rejected FIFTY FIFTY's application, stating, "It's hard to conclusively say there was a breach of duty to provide settlement data, and it's challenging to see sufficient evidence of health care and care duty violations. Ending business with Diverse is not a breach of the exclusive contract."
