Member Keena of the group FIFTY FIFTY has publicly revealed that she sought a suspension of her exclusive contract with Attrakt's CEO Jeon Hong-jun due to being gaslighted by The Givers' CEO, An Seong-il. In an interview released by Dispatch on October 20, Keena shared that FIFTY FIFTY members and their parents were entrapped by An Seong-il's four stages of gaslighting: 'brainwashing, inducing anxiety, spreading false information, and sowing discord,' which led them to betray their original agency head, Jeon Hong-jun of Attrakt.

According to Keena, An Seong-il boasted to the FIFTY FIFTY members saying, "Do you know how I made it to the Billboard charts?" and "It's all a rigged game." He claimed, "I funded the Cupid music video," and spread anxiety by stating, "Attrakt is broke and owes shop fees."

Keena also revealed that An Seong-il did not immediately convey Warner's 20 billion won buyout offer to CEO Jeon Hong-jun and instead spread rumors saying, "CEO Jeon rejected Warner's 20 billion offer."

An Seong-il advised FIFTY FIFTY members, "Don't work this hard," and called their parents to warn that "If CEO Jeon accepts a large investment, it will become a debt on the children." The members and their parents, thinking The Givers was affiliated with Attrakt, felt betrayed by their internal sources.

In a deceptive move, An Seong-il sent FIFTY FIFTY's Sae-na a picture of his positive COVID-19 test result. After lying to Attrakt that Sae-na was diagnosed with COVID-19, he bought three days of time. On June 16, FIFTY FIFTY sent a certified letter to Attrakt and left their dormitory on the 17th, while Attrakt received the letter on October 19. However, An Seong-il later raised his copyright stake in 'Cupid' from 7.5% to 15.5%, dropping Keena's from 6.5% to 0.5% and even forged her signature. FIFTY FIFTY members and their parents lost trust after discovering An's falsified educational background and money-grabbing schemes.

Keena expressed her regret saying, "Why didn't I contact CEO Jeon Hong-jun? I feel so sorry and regretful."

On October 16, Keena submitted a plea to the Seoul High Court to suspend her exclusive contract. FIFTY FIFTY's legal representative told Star News, "Only Keena has appointed a new attorney to submit the plea," and "The appeals of the other three members (Sae-na, Aran, and Sio) continue."

Attract informed Star News that Keena has expressed her wish to return to the agency. They plan to discuss and determine the direction and intention of Keena's future activities.
