The police are planning to soon issue a travel ban on actor Lee Sun-kyun (48) and G-Dragon (real name: Kwon Ji-yong, 35) who are under suspicion of drug use.

A police official revealed in a call with MyDaily on October 26, "We are considering a travel ban for Lee Sun-kyun and G-Dragon." It's been reported that the authorities have confirmed both are currently in the country and have determined their places of residence.

The Incheon Police's narcotics crime investigation department is currently understanding the circumstances under which a doctor, known as Mr. A, provided drugs to Lee Sun-kyun and G-Dragon without any monetary transaction.

The police are concentrating their investigative efforts on how Mr. A came into contact and delivered the drugs to the two. Whether Mr. A directly contacted and handed over the drugs to them has not been confirmed yet. However, the police have stated that there's no evidence suggesting that Lee Sun-kyun and G-Dragon used drugs together.

The authorities are investigating the route and amount of how Mr. A acquired the drugs and whether there are more drug suppliers involved in this case.

Soon, the police intend to execute a warrant to collect hair samples and other body-related evidence from Lee Sun-kyun and G-Dragon to determine the duration of their alleged drug use.

Meanwhile, the entertainment world is in turmoil due to the drug allegations against Lee Sun-kyun and G-Dragon. Rumors are rampant, suggesting that top-tier idols, famous female idol singers, and actresses who were former idols are included in the police investigations, leading to unnecessary victims.

The entertainment industry is also taking a hit. Stock prices of major entertainment agencies have largely plummeted, indicating the widespread aftermath of the scandal.
