BTS's Jungkook has lit up the global scene by ranking two songs in the top 10 of the U.S. Billboard Global charts for three consecutive weeks.
According to the latest chart (dated October 28) released by the U.S. music magazine Billboard, Jungkook's solo singles 'Seven' and '3D' ranked 7th and 8th, respectively, on the 'Global 200' chart.
'Seven' and '3D' also ranked 2nd and 5th on the 'Global (Excluding U.S.)' chart, respectively.
Jungkook showcased his formidable digital power by entering two of his solo songs simultaneously in the top 10 of the Billboard's major charts, which count streaming and download sales across 200 global regions, for three consecutive weeks.
Jungkook has solidified his presence by ranking alongside global pop stars like Taylor Swift's 'Cruel Summer', Doja Cat's 'Paint The Town Red', and Drake's 'IDGAF' on both the 'Global 200' and 'Global (Excluding U.S.)' top 10 charts.
Since their release, 'Seven' and '3D' have consistently ranked within the top 10 of the 'Global 200' and 'Global (Excluding U.S.)' charts for 14 weeks and three weeks consecutively.
On October 28, '3D' also successfully entered the Billboard main singles chart 'Hot 100' for the third consecutive week, ranking at 93rd.
Earlier, with '3D' and 'Seven', Jungkook made Billboard history as the first solo artist to simultaneously secure the 1st and 2nd spots on the 'Global (Excluding U.S.)' chart.
Jungkook became the first Korean solo artist to place more than two songs at the top of the global chart and set a record by entering the 'Hot 100' top 5 with two songs upon their release.
Since its release, 'Seven' has taken the 1st place on the 'Hot 100' chart, remained at the top of the 'Global (Excluding U.S.)' chart for nine consecutive weeks, and topped the 'Global 200' chart for seven weeks. It has been the first and longest-running song by an Asian artist to simultaneously rank 1st on both 'Global 200' and 'Global (Excluding U.S.)' charts for seven weeks.
'Seven' has also remained on Spotify's 'Daily Global Top Songs' chart for 100 days, holding the 1st position for 66 of those days. '3D', together with 'Seven', has been on the top 10 for 22 days.
Jungkook has been demonstrating overwhelming influence as a solo artist, achieving continued success on both Billboard and Spotify.
