BTS's V has swept first place in various popularity rankings and polls in Japan, illuminating the popularity of 'TaeTae Land'.

From October 30th to November 5th, V maintained the top spot for 136 consecutive weeks in the 'K-Pop Male Idol Ranking' poll conducted by the largest K-pop popularity voting site 'Nehan' (音韓). During the same period, on the K-drama specialized site 'BiHan', V also ranked first for 132 consecutive weeks in the 'Most Popular 20s Korean Male Actor' poll, showcasing his unparalleled popularity.

In addition, on 'K-board', a platform providing K-Culture information, V dominated the popularity rankings for K-drama male actors, securing the top spot annually, monthly, weekly, and in real-time, proving his status not only as a singer but also as an actor, and demonstrating his all-rounder capabilities.

Especially in the fiercely competitive 'Handsome' poll on 'K-board', V has held the number one position for 92 consecutive weeks. He has also consistently topped the K-pop idol popularity rankings on another ranking site 'KPOP JUICE' throughout the entire period.

In Japan, which boasts the second-largest music market in the world, V's solo album 'Layover' continues to be popular without waning. As of November 8th, 'Layover' charted on Billboard Japan's 'Hot Albums' chart for 11 weeks, breaking the record for the most chart-ins for a K-pop solo album in the past decade. On the 'Artist 100' chart, V has charted for 14 weeks, receiving significant attention as a solo artist.

V has captivated Japan with his 'manhwa-like' visuals and, in particular, his polite and kind personality, which appeals as a significant charm.

The Japanese music media platform 'The First Times' recently praised V, saying, "When V expresses his opinions, he conveys them with gentle and positive words, allowing one to feel his soft nature. His smile is gentle and unpretentious. His interactions with people are natural, bringing joy to those who watch him."
