Jennie from BLACKPINK has heightened anticipation for her solo comeback. Recently gracing the cover of Vogue Korea's May issue, Jennie offered some tantalizing spoilers about her new album.

Previously, Jennie had expressed her goal for the year to release her first solo studio album. She shared, "I am pouring almost all of my time into music production, barely noticing the hours passing. I am working hard, emboldened with the ambition to share my music with more people and take more daring steps, so please look forward to it."

Last year, Jennie established her own independent label, ODD ATELIER, marking a significant step in her solo career endeavors.

Despite renewing their group contract with YG Entertainment, BLACKPINK members, including Jennie, have not signed separate agreements for individual activities, allowing Jennie to pursue her solo career under her label.

She noted, "Anyone with fresh ideas can share them immediately. We'll work happily from wherever we are, and I believe if these two things are met, great synergy will follow. Good synergy creates captivating novelties."

Upon founding her label, Jennie promised a wide range of activities, and she has lived up to that. She made her KBS debut through 'The Seasons - Lee Hyori's Red Carpet' on KBS 2TV, and matched wits with Yu Jae-seok, Cha Tae-hyun, and Oh Na-ra on tvN's 'Apartment 404', showcasing her versatile entertainment skills.

Even at the peak of her girl group career, Jennie's passion for her primary profession as a singer remains as strong as during her debut days. In a photo shoot interview, she remarked, "Although I have engaged in various activities since debut, my desire to connect with fans through music as a singer has always been my top priority."

Furthermore, she is set to feature in Zico's 10th-anniversary new song 'SPOT!', due to be released on the 26th, raising excitement among fans both in Korea and abroad.
