Kanye West is currently being sued for a second time. OnlyFans model Lauren Pisciotta filed a lawsuit against the rapper, saying that he sent her a number of despicable films and text messages after he hired her as his assistant.
Lauren claimed that Kanye had poached her in July 2021, when she was on the verge of becoming a successful model and earning one million dollars year from the paid-for website.
In her statement, she stated that the musician had allegedly persuaded her to delete her OnlyFans account one year later by stating that he would give her one million dollars if she did so. At that point, Pisciotta stated that things began to take an odd turn between her and Ye.
According to the lawsuit that was acquired by TMZ, the model asserted that he started sending her graphic text messages. One of the messages stated, "See my problem is I be wanting to f--- but then after I f--- I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f----- while I'm f------ them. Then I want her to cheat on me ..."
According to Lauren, the texts became increasingly disturbing, and they allegedly progressed to the point where Ye revealed his private dreams.
"Is my d--- racist? It is. This f------ racist d--- of mine. I going to beat this f------ racist d--- for being f------ racist. I'm going to stare at pictures of white woman with black asses and beat the s--- out of my racist d--- ... Beating the s--- out of his big black c---," another alleged text read.
Lauren asserted that the alleged harassment was present in their phone chats, and that Ye was allegedly masturbating while they were on the phone together. She asserted that he would inquire as to whether or not she could hear or guess what he was doing. The model also asserted that the rapper developed an unhealthy preoccupation with the size of the penises of her boyfriends.
At least two tapes showing him having sex with a model were allegedly handed to Lauren by her previous boss, who eventually promoted her to Chief of Staff for his firms and offered her a salary of $4 million.
Lauren stated that she was a victim of sexual harassment. She asserted that Kanye terminated her employment in October 2022 and allegedly promised her a severance compensation worth $3 million, but she never paid the stipulated amount.
It is alleged that Kanye violated the terms of the contract, sexually harassed her, wrongfully terminated her employment, and created a hostile work environment.
According to RadarOnline, Kanye recently terminated his legal representation and replaced him with a different prominent attorney for numerous of his court issues. The former husband of Kim Kardashian has settled a lawsuit with an ex-Yeezy staffer who also accused him of underpaying her when she was working for him. This comes at a time when he is facing an infinite number of litigation.
