Earlier this year, Jessica Biel made Justin Timberlake anxious by posting a series of extremely seductive photographs on her Instagram account. Now, a new report claimed that she is intending to return to work full-time, which means that it will be his turn to be a stay-at-home dad to their two children, Silas and Phineas instead of him.

“She loved all the attention she got at the Met [Gala]. That was a huge win for her and proved she doesn’t need Justin by her side to make a splash. And her new [series] has been going great. She’s super excited to be acting again, which she loves. She’s been making a concerted effort to put herself out there without him because it’s always bugged her that people see her more as Mrs. Timberlake than her own person,” an unnamed source told In Touch Weekly.

“People seemed to forget she had a huge career way before him. She was a huge TV star, she was the face of Revlon, an ambassador for Tiffany’s, and on the cover of countless magazines. Before they got married, her acting career was really starting to take off. She admits she didn’t do herself any favors by letting all that take a backseat because she was in love, but now she’s really keen to get back out there and embrace her own career,” the insider went on.

“[Jessica] feels like she’s still in her prime. She looks amazing and is feeling sexier than ever. She wants the chance to bring home the bacon for a change and once this tour is over she’s planning to make Justin stay home with the kids while she goes out and takes over Hollywood again,” the informant concluded.

On May 6, Jessica made her return to the steps of the Met Gala for the first time in eleven years, Entertainment Online reported. She wore a stunning bright pink silk gown designed by Tamara Ralph that was embellished with flower petals, which was an excellent choice as the theme of the event was "Garden of Time." Since Justin had just begun his “Forget Tomorrow” world tour on April 29, he was not present with her on the red carpet.

Jessica began filming her Prime Video thriller series “The Better Sister” in June. In the series, she plays the role of two sisters who have been separated from one another for a long time. Elizabeth Banks also plays a character in the series. This play is an adaptation of Alafair Burke's novel of the same name, which was published in 2019, and it is being directed by Craig Gillespie.

Jessica's return to acting comes at a time when Justin is already facing legal issues. On June 17, the hitmaker of "Cry Me a River" was taken into custody in Sag Harbor, New York, on accusations relating to driving while intoxicated, Global News reported. Over the course of a dinner with his pals at the American Hotel, he asserted that he had only consumed one drink.

On the other hand, his vehicle was stopped because, according to the allegations, Justin drove through a stop sign and failed to stay on the right side of the road. In accordance with the criminal complaint, he exhibited symptoms of intoxication and was unable to pass his standardized field sobriety tests.

Within the confines of the jail, Justin was "placed under arrest, processed, and held overnight." A few hours after his arraignment on June 18, the musician known for his hit song "Selfish" was released from custody. Additionally, he was issued two penalties for skipping a stop sign and for failing to stay in his lane, in addition to being charged with one count of driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Edward Burke Jr., his attorney, issued a statement following his arrest, saying that Justin Timberlake's name will be cleared and that he looked forward to "vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations."

The statement was made after his detention. An additional statement made by Edward was that they "will have a lot to say at the appropriate time." On July 26, Justin is scheduled to make a virtual appearance in the Justice Court that is located in Sag Harbor Village.

On June 27, a source informed In Touch in an exclusive interview that Jessica "can't take much more of this behavior." This is despite the fact that the singer of "SexyBack" has been attending his gigs to express her support for him ever since his imprisonment.
