Celebrity pair Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes have relocated from the bright lights of Hollywood to the affluent enclave of Montecito. However, according to reports, the change in zip code is generating conflict behind the scenes.
“It’s been a big adjustment, especially for Ryan. Life in the suburbs is just not his style,” an unnamed source told The National Enquirer.
With the intention of providing their two daughters, Esmeralda, 9, and Amada, 8, with a "quiet childhood," the unidentified tipster asserted that the "La La Land" heartthrob, who is 43 years old, and Eva, who avoids the spotlight, who is 50 years old, relocated from Hollywood to a celebrity household in the vicinity of Santa Barbara in the year 2022.
“It was Eva who really pushed to move. Ryan agreed, no questions asked because he’s a very devoted dad. The problem is he really needs the action of a big city. When he’s in Santa Barbara, he’s quite restless", the undisclosed informant stated to the entertainment news outlet.
In order to film his future flick, "Project Hail Mary," the actor from "Barbie" took his entire family with him to the United Kingdom over the summer of this year, as per Deadline. Alongside Ryan, Sandra Huller is going to be a part of the adaptation of Project Hail Mary that will be produced by Amazon MGM Studios. Amy Pascal, Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and Aditya Sood are also producing the film.
In addition, Lord and Miller are directing the movie, which is based on a script written by Drew Goddard. Pascal, together with Rachel O'Connor, will produce the film through her firm, Pascal Pictures. Gosling, through his company, General Admission, will also produce the film. Lord Miller, Miller, and Sood will produce the film through Lord Miller. Moreover, Weir will be producing.
“They’ve hardly spent any time in Montecito this summer, which works well for Ryan. But it’s not as great for Eva, who’s become a rea homebody,” the tipster said.
The stunning actress from "Training Day" is now a stay-at-home mother. According to the moles, she has a "ferocious need for privacy," which is why she does not even walk the red carpet with her handsome husband.
“It’s impossible be a celebrity in L.A. and go unnoticed, and that was getting tough for Eva. It’s easier to have a normal life in Montecito, but it’s also a lot less exciting. Ryan is a risk-taker, which has served his career well. But while he craves adventure, Eva wants stability for herself and the kids. That creates stress, and some folks think it’s just a matter of time before it gets to the breaking point,” the tattler claimed.
