Music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, who faces a lengthy prison sentence on criminal counts of sex trafficking and racketeering, has been hit with seven new civil cases, including the disturbing allegation that he and a celebrity friend sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl!
The shocking allegation originates from a woman named Jane Doe, who says she was 13 when she accepted an invitation to Combs' 2000 MTV Video Music Awards afterparty in New York City, The Los Angeles Times reported.
She says she drank, got drowsy, and collapsed in a bedroom. The woman claims that Combs exclaimed, "You ready to party!" as he entered the room with two unidentified male and female celebrities.
According to the lawsuit, the man raped the youngster while Diddy and the woman were looking on, and Combs then raped her while the two famous people were looking on.
Combs is also charged in a recent case with sexually abusing a juvenile, this time a 17-year-old lad named John Doe, who was a budding artist. The billionaire, he claims, "assured Doe he could make him a star" by offering him a drugged drink before sexually abusing the young man.
On October 21, all seven lawsuits were filed in New York courts, as per BBC. These include claims of sexual harassment, sexual assault, and rape. Diddy allegedly committed violence or false imprisonment at parties he hosted in New York, Los Angeles, or Las Vegas between 2000 and 2022.
Of the accused victims, four are men, and three are women. Jennifer Lopez's ex-boyfriend, Diddy, disputes every allegation. His attorneys say: "Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone adult or minor, man or woman."
Diddy has been hit with at least 25 civil actions since November, including the shocking new lawsuits.
First, he was accused of sexual assault or misbehavior by his ex-girlfriend, singer Cassie Ventura, which he promptly resolved the day after she filed, even though he denied her accusations.
But according to GLOBE Magazine, a leaked hotel surveillance footage showed a furious Combs, wearing just a towel around his waist, assaulting Ventura as she attempted to flee in a hallway. He knocked her to the ground, kicked her, and then dragged her back to his room. According to the source, Combs had already paid hotel employees $50,000 for the footage.
