It has been reported by some with knowledge of the situation that billionaire Jeff Bezos and his fiancee, Lauren Sanchez, will be getting married the following week in a Christmas wedding.
The wedding of the CEO of Amazon and a former journalist for Extra, who have both contributed $110.5 million to the battle against homelessness, will be an astounding $600 million wedding and is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 28, as reported by The Express.
Lauren had teased details about the big day on The Today Show, but now it has been revealed that the couple will get married in Aspen, Colorado. The festivities surrounding the big day have been shrouded in an incredible amount of secrecy.
According to MailOnline, there are rumors going around that the individuals who are in love would exchange rings at Kevin Costner's Dunbar Ranch, which is 160 acres in size.
There are rumors that the mountaintop ceremony would be held with breathtaking views of a winter wonderland, and vendors from all around the world will be contributing to the event.
According to reports, those who were responsible for putting together the extravaganza have signed non-disclosure agreements in order to prevent the complete facts from being publicly disclosed.
High-end Aspen planner Sarah Rose Attman said: "They'll cherry-pick their favorite things from around the world and fly them into Aspen, whether it's a cake from Paris, a hairstylist from New York, or a string band from LA."
The pair has a lot of plans for the weekend, and they have already purchased all of the seats at the upscale sushi restaurant Matsuhisa for the 26th and 27th of December.
Attman went on to say that the majority of large-scale events involve a weekend of activities such as skiing or hiking. This is due to the fact that Aspen is fairly difficult to reach and to the difficulties associated with the altitude.
During the most recent episode of The Today Show, Sánchez discussed the process of wedding planning.
She revealed that the grantees and the book tour had taken up much of her time, then the holidays.
When questioned if she had put planning to the side, she responded in this manner: "No, I'm getting to it right now. Very excited about it." She then went on to reveal that she has been concentrating the majority of her attention on "the dress."
The journalist confessed: "I do have a Pinterest. I'm just like every other bride."
