Australian OnlyFans creator Annie Knight has been hospitalized following a controversial and physically demanding stunt in which she attempted to sleep with 583 men over six hours, according to statements provided to Us Weekly and posts on her social media. The Gold Coast-based influencer completed the challenge on Sunday, May 18, and began experiencing bleeding and discomfort shortly after.

"I'm not doing very well, I've been bleeding a lot since the challenge," Knight told Us Weekly in a post-event interview. "It was definitely a bit raw down there and I did get a small cut." She added that she has undergone blood tests and medical evaluation to determine whether her symptoms were caused by the challenge or her pre-existing endometriosis, a condition in which tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus.

Knight, 28, revealed the extent of her physical pain while sharing a photo from a hospital bed on Instagram. Captioning the story, she wrote, "I guess 583 guys in a day isn't that good for your body." Despite her condition, she stated, "I'll definitely survive but it is quite painful and unpleasant at the moment."

The event, promoted by Knight through her social media channels, drew significant attention online. She said she initially expected 200 participants but received 2,000 applications. "Doing 583 in a day is quite a lot so I was a little bit worried that I was gonna really struggle with it, because the most I've done before that was 24 in a day," Knight said.

According to Knight, all participants were required to wear condoms, and anonymity was encouraged with custom pink balaclavas. In a video posted to Instagram, Knight shared footage of preparations, including walking her dog Billy in the morning before leaving him at home for what she described as a "ten-hour" event.

Knight told Perth Now that she consulted with Bonnie Blue, another OnlyFans personality known for high-profile stunts, before executing her own record-setting attempt. "It took a lot of organisation, I actually spoke to Bonnie Blue to get some tips from her because she's obviously done similar stuff before," Knight said. She added that she rented a swingers club for the event due to its capacity and layout, noting, "We really needed a huge room with a bed in it."

Knight has faced online backlash for the event but defended her choices and those who participated. "People seem to, like, get so uptight about it. At the end of the day, these men just want to have sex," she said. "It really upsets me when I see people coming after the guys and being so mean about the guys that showed up."
