Justin Bieber released his latest album Swag II on Friday, using the record to publicly reaffirm his marriage to Hailey Bieber and highlight their one-year-old son Jack, even as speculation about the couple's relationship has circulated for months.

The 31-year-old singer, who first teased the project on Instagram hours before its midnight release, included multiple tracks devoted to Hailey, 28, and their family life. On "I Do," Bieber sang: "I do / I mean it when I say that I do / Nobody gets to touch you / I do / You'll always be the one that I choose."

In "I Think You're Special," he added: "Ain't no other love like this / It's the reason you exist / We don't gotta try no, baby / I think you're special." Hailey amplified the message by sharing the album twice on her Instagram Story, calling another track "Bad Honey" her "s-ttttt."

Several songs reference the couple's son Jack, born in 2024. On "Mother in You," Bieber described the child as carrying Hailey's qualities: "My smile, her grace, both of our hearts / oh, child, every day you're the best part."

Other tracks showcased Bieber's struggles and vulnerability. On "Don't Wanna," he sang about his fear of damaging the marriage, he doesn't want to "mess this up," "I know we're gonna make it out." In "Speed Demon," he credited Hailey with sustaining him in low moments: "She made me certain I'm enough / Every day she put the loving on me."

The album arrived on the same day Hailey's Rhode beauty brand launched in Sephora stores, drawing attention to the couple's coordinated public presence. Fans praised the timing as "smart," while some critics online accused Bieber of "betraying" his wife by using the release to overshadow her milestone. One supporter countered on X: "If anyone EVER doubts Justin's love for Hailey I'll literally FORCE them to listen to 'SWAG II.'"

Bieber also alluded to the pair's rocky year, which he first addressed in July's Swag. On "Walking Away," he reflected on their tensions: "We better stop before we say some s-t / We've been testing our patience. ... Baby, I ain't walking away."

The singer has spoken openly about the couple's past conflicts. Earlier this year, he revealed he once told Hailey in a fight that she would never cover Vogue, a goal she achieved in May. The confession, paired with persistent rumors of marital strain, kept their relationship in the spotlight.

Still, Bieber's latest work appears designed to counter doubts. Songs such as "Love Song" portrayed Hailey as his muse: "I wanna write you a love song, baby / I wanna write you a good one, you can't stop singing to me."
