Another day, another "The Promised Neverland" spoilers. In the upcoming 98th chapter, Emma and her friends will embark on a new mission to search for the Seven Walls.
In the 97th chapter of "The Promised Neverland," titled, "The Future You Want," Emma declared her plan to rescue Phil and other orphans -- Carol, Shelly, Nina, Naila, Damdim, Chris, Tom, Maya, Eugene, Hans, Chamberlain, Jasper, and Vivian -- from the Grace Field House. Sadly, the orphans are being raised there as livestock for the demonic creatures.
In order to succeed, Emma and her team have five major tasks to complete in two years' time, as per OtakuKart. First, they must contact allies in the human world and locate the Seven Walls, which is currently an unknown location in "The Promised Neverland" universe.
In the Seven Walls, Emma and her team will be able to meet the Demon King and make a new promise with him -- to create a new world where children are not prey to the demons. Once both parties agree to the said promise, they can finally lead the orphans into the human world for the first time.
However, the group should not take the mission lightly as Peter Ratri, the person who betrayed Minerva will hear their plan and will be more aggressive in finding them. It remains to be seen what his real intention is though.
In the meantime, an anime television series adaptation of "The Promised Neverland" was announced recently. While nothing is set in stone yet, it is believed that voice actors Sumire Morohoshi ("Tokyo Ghoul's" Hinami Fueguchi) will play Emma, Rie Kugimiya ("Fullmetal Alchemist's" Alphonse Elric) as Norman and Mariya Ise ("Hunter X Hunter's" Killua) as Ray.
Just like the manga series, the anime adaptation of "The Promised Neverland" will be set in the year 2045. It will also follow Emma's early days in the Grace Field House along with the other 37 orphans.
The orphans are being taken care of Mama Isabella who seems, by all accounts, to be loving and affectionate. To everyone's surprise, she is manipulative and cunning.
The anime adaptation of Kaiu Shirai's "The Promised Neverland" will reportedly be helmed by Kyohei Ishiguro and Yoshitoshi Shinomiya and will be produced by Yuichi Fukushima. The character designed will be headed by Masayoshi Tanaka, who is known for his work in "Darling in the Franxx." It is set to premiere in January 2019.
