Carrie Underwood's family is about to get bigger!

The 35-year-old singer, who rose to fame as the winner of "American Idol" season 4 in 2005, revealed in an Instagram video on Wednesday that she's expecting her second child with husband Mike Fisher.

Prior to the reveal that her 3-year-old son Isaiah is going to be a big brother, Underwood announced that she will be embarking on the "Cry Pretty 360 Tour" starting in May 2019.

"You might be wondering or asking, 'Carrie, why is your tour starting in May? Well...yay! Mike and Isaiah and I are absolute over the moon and excited to be adding a little fish to our pond," the "Blown Away" hitmaker said in the clip, as the camera panned up to balloons spelling out B-A-B-Y. "This has been a dream come true with the album and baby news and all that stuff. We are just so excited and just so glad that you guys can share in this with us and be a part of this with us. I love you guys. We'll see you on the road in 2019. Have a great day!"

In the September issue of the Redbook, Underwood revealed that she would like to have big a family, noting that she and Fisher have already considered growing their family in other means.

"I'm 35, so we may have missed our chance to have a big family," the Oklahoma native explained. "We always talk about adoption and about doing it when our child or children are a little older."

"In the meantime, we're lucky to be a part of organizations that help kids, because our focus right now in our lives is helping as many kids as possible," the star added.

Underwood began dating NHL player Fisher after they met at one of her concerts in late 2008. The two got engaged in December 2009 and then tied the knot on July 2010 at The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, Georgia, with more than 250 people in attendance. The couple's first child, Isaiah, was born in February 2015.

While it's exciting to find out how Isaiah would react to having a younger sibling, Underwood joked back in April 2017 that Isaiah was a bit selfish when it comes to sharing his parents with others. "If a dog climbs up on my lap, I feel like he gets a little jealous!" Underwood quipped about her eldest child to Entertainment Tonight at the time.
