Jennifer Aniston continues to make noise in the online world. This time around, the 49-year-old actress and film producer is believed to have dated her "Friends" co-star Paul Stephen Rudd.
It came to light when a report by Digital Spy claimed that Jennifer Aniston and Paul Stephen Rudd first met on the set of the NBC sitcom, "Friends." Their friendship soon turned into romance while filming the 1998 romantic comedy-drama film, "The Object of My Affection."
However, Jennifer Aniston's representative told Gossip Cop that she and the "Ant-Man" star never dated. The filming for "The Object of My Affection" took place from June to July 1997 and at that time, the actress was still in a romantic relationship with actor Tate Donovan.
The representative went ahead to reiterate that the "He's Just Not That Into You" star's relationship with Paul Stephen Rudd has always been friendly and professional. They even reunited in the 2012 comedy film, "Wanderlust."
This comes after Jennifer Aniston announced her divorce from actor and director Justin Theroux. The two, who tied the knot in 2015, announced in mid-February that they have decided to part ways as a couple.
In early August, the "We're the Millers" star said that the rumors about their split are relentless and are just reckless assumptions. She also talked about why she does not have children.
"No one knows what's going on behind closed doors," Jennifer Anniston said in an interview with In Style Magazine. "No one considers how sensitive that might be for my partner and me. They don't know what I've been through medically or emotionally. There is a pressure on women to be mothers, and if they are not, then they're deemed damaged goods. Maybe my purpose on this planet isn't to procreate. Maybe I have other things I'm supposed to do," she added.
Jennifer Aniston has dealt with the tabloids for her entire career, but lately it seems relentless. “The misconceptions are ‘Jen can’t keep a man,’ and ‘Jen refuses to have a baby because she’s selfish and committed to her career.’ Or that I’m sad and heartbroken,” she tells dear friend @MMcNearney in our September cover story. “First, with all due respect, I’m not heartbroken. And second, those are reckless assumptions. No one knows what’s going on behind closed doors. No one considers how sensitive that might be for my partner and me. They don’t know what I’ve been through medically or emotionally. There is a pressure on women to be mothers, and if they’re not, then they’re deemed damaged goods. Maybe my purpose on this planet isn’t to procreate. Maybe I have other things I’m supposed to do.” | Photographed by @BenHassett; Styled by @JuliaVonBoehm A post shared by instylemagazine (@instylemagazine) on Aug 1, 2018 at 5:15am PDT
