Another rumor has emerged suggesting that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are having therapy sessions along with their children at the actor's rehab facility. It is not true. While Affleck is indeed undergoing treatment, it does not involve their 12-year-old, 9-year-old, and 6-year-old kids.

In a misleading headline posted by RadarOnline, it appears that the former couple is fighting the "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" actor's substance-abuse issues "as a family." According to the site, "Last Ditch Effort? Ben Affleck & Jen Garner Try 'Intense' Family Therapy Sessions In Rehab."

A so-called source of the publication claims that Garner and the three kids "have been there," and are all seeking family counseling through intense therapy sessions."

"The girls are well aware of what is going on with their dad and they also understand what alcoholism is," asserts the untraceable source. Even more so, Garner is said to have no intentions whatsoever of patching things up with Affleck, though she wishes for him to stay sober and be the father to his kids.

Gossip Cop reports that the headline is not only misleading but is also false. The publication says that these claims are in no way accurate. After all, the site is infamous for spreading misinformation and clickbait titles.

For instance, the site maintains that Affleck and ex-girlfriend Lindsay Shookus are having a "shotgun wedding" and that they are also expecting a baby. In reality, they have since broken up, and the Hollywood actor has finalized his divorce with Garner.

In related news, E! News reports that Affleck is "serious" about his rehab. And although he and Garner have already reached a divorce settlement, they will wait until the former completes his 30-days rehab stint.

"The divorce is wrapped up but has not been signed off on. They are waiting for Ben to get out to do that," the insider says. The two are reportedly looking forward to moving on. At the same time, they will try to end all financial and custody negations as soon as Affleck gets out.
