Thanks to a false tabloid report, many now believe that Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are faking their relationship to be famous. Fortunately, there is some evidence that can dispute this narrative.

In its new issue, Star spotlights the headline: "Are Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott still oh so in love... or is their romance just lip service?" The publication even alleges that both stayed at different hotels when in New York City for the MTV Video Music Awards.

The outlet goes on to claim that fans and viewers also noticed something different between the two at the star-packed event. Particularly, during the American rapper's VMA performance, cameras caught an awkward Jenner vaguely swaying to his song. She even appears to be having trouble catching up with the lyrics.

"Tension continued after the show was over," when Scott went to host an afterparty. The publication's so-called source insists that Kim Kardashian's sister was not smiling.

According to Gossip Cop, there is no concrete evidence suggesting that Jenner and Scott are faking their relationship, let alone do it for the sake of fame. The two reportedly stayed by each other's sides the entire time in the event. They could also be seen cuddling while looking very cute.

Even more so, Jenner and Scott were seen holding hands during Hayley Kiyoko's performance. They went to sneak a couple of kisses between commercials, too.

It was further revealed that when it was Scott's turn to take the stage, Jenner was the first person to stand up and remained standing the whole time. This only shows how proud she was of her boyfriend's gig, something that she documented on her cell phone.

As for the idea that they stayed at separate hotels, with Jenner at The Soho Grand, photos show she and Scott sharing a kiss goodbye as they left The Mercer the day after the VMAs. There are no pictures of Jenner at the other hotel.

XXL, on the other hand, reports that Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have been going strong for over a year now. They were first spotted holding hands at 2017 Coachella. Since then, their relationship has blossomed, with Kylie giving birth to the couple's daughter in February.

There have been no outward signs of turbulence. Last month, they gave the public a rare look inside their relationship. With all things considered, it is safe to say that the couple is not faking their relationship.
