Ben Affleck recently went to rehab with Jennifer Garner's help. After the 46-year-old actress staged an intervention, there are new rumors she also performed an exorcism on her former husband before she brought him to a treatment center in Malibu.

A gossip magazine claimed Garner performed a "dramatic at home exorcism" on Affleck before she took him to a rehab. The publication even described the "Pearl Harbor" star as "saintly" that always carries her bible.

A so-called insider revealed Garner is losing her patience over Affleck's endless screw-ups, so her religious-self decided to perform an exorcism on him. As her spirituality allegedly helped her through her darkest times, the "Alias" star is hoping it would also work out on her 46-year-old ex-husband.

The magazine went on to say Garner dragged Affleck inside the house and started to read him Bible "scriptures and passages" to set him free from the demons of his addiction. The "Justice League" star reportedly collapsed and cried as his former wife prayed. They were said to be both exhausted from that scene, but the mother-of-three, Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6, still managed to drive him to a treatment center in Malibu.

However, Gossip Cop debunked this story. Although Garner is known for regularly going to church, she did not perform an exorcism on Affleck. The only truth is that she "staged an intervention" before she took him to a rehab. She helped her former husband to get the help he needed. Her rep also confirmed there is no truth to this claim.

Meanwhile, after a couple of weeks when he went to rehab, Affleck was spotted out and about in Malibu. The "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" actor looked good as he had his haircut at the Malibu Wave Salon on Saturday, September 8.

A source also told People Affleck stayed at his Pacific Palisades home before he returned to the rehab. The "Gone Girl" star also had a "workout session with his trainer" and continued to do so every single day that week at his house. He is reportedly going home to work out.

"He looks much better and seems healthier," the insider said. Affleck is now doing pretty well as he attends "daily meetings and workouts" to cure his addiction. He perfectly knows he needs to focus on himself and listen to the people close to him.
