Khloe Kardashian just opened up about his desire to lose the infamous baby weight. And while all the hard work at the gym paid off, she is looking to shed more pounds.
According to Entertainment Tonight, the 34-year-old "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star revealed on Monday that she would want to lose a total of 50 pounds after giving birth to her daughter, True. The latter is her kid with NBA player boyfriend Tristan Thompson back in April.
"I was so shocked when I lost 33 pounds of baby weight in the first three months," she wrote on her app, Khloe With a K. "I really thought it would be more of a challenge since I've struggled with my weight my entire life. I'm the queen of yo-yoing."
While it is true that she managed to lose a lot of weight, Khloe is reportedly having a hard time losing the last few pounds.
"True's almost 5 months old now and I'm really close to my goal, but I'm plateauing. Now it's sooooo hard!!! I get really discouraged, but at the same time, I try to remind myself how long it took the first time to lose all of my weight. When I asked you guys for tips on Twitter, I got so much great advice. Thank you," she wrote. "I have about 17 pounds of weight left to lose, and then I want to tighten my muscles back up."
Interestingly the "Strong Looks Better Naked" author does not want to resort to drastic measures to get back to her pre-baby weight. She reveals about eating healthy and working out, though "some days are harder than others."
For now, however, Khloe said that she does not want to pressure herself. She simply wants to focus first on being a mother, US Weekly reports. "I know I'll hit my fitness goal - and it will feel soooo good," she said.
Kim's sister and the 27-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers player hope to inspire each other at the gym. In June, celebrity trainer Don Brooks revealed that the celebrity couple somewhat feeds off the energy of each other when they begin working up a sweat.
The BODYARMOR collaborator went to add that LeBron James' former teammate inspires the Good American denim cofounder to push herself. "Him being a professional athlete champion, he performs at a higher level," Brooks stated. "He pushed her to reach that level."
