Despite her ongoing custody battle, Angelina Jolie stunned the people at the 2018 Cambodia Town Film Festival. She wore a black cami, skirt topped with a shawl.
According to Hollywood Life, the Hollywood actress was quite gorgeous as she attended the festival on September 15 in Long Beach, CA. The 43-year-old blazed the cameras as she posed for pictures while donning a black spaghetti-strap top, light brown shawl, and tan wrap skirt. She also wore some beige pumps, as well as silver bracelets and earrings to round up her looks.
The "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" star opted to keep her beauty look as simple as she can. She chose to wear light makeup with her hair beautifully swept to one side. Jolina appeared to attend the event, which is meant to push better exposure of Cambodian and Cambodian-American narratives. Though, she was without her six children, namely Shiloh, Maddox, Pax, Vivienne, Zahara, and Knox.
Jolie's involvement with her children has been a topic of interest lately, especially since the start of her custody battle with former husband, Brad Pitt. On Sept. 14, Wendy Williams called Angie out on her show "Wendy" for allegedly parading her children around in public.
"Recently, she's been taking all six of her kids to places she knows the paparazzi will be," Wendy explained while showing her audience a recent photo of the actress out with her brood at Fred Siegel, a prominent hangout spot for paps. "None of the kids are smiling, nobody's happy," Wendy commented on the kids' facial expressions.
The talk show host also discussed the custody battle between Jolie and Pitt, suggesting that the latter is expected to "come out on top." She then turned to a series of criticisms about the actress' character. The Academy Award winner has reportedly been acting "so venomous" and "ridiculously unreasonable" in court that her lawyer, Laura Wasser, reportedly quit. Angie's spokesperson, Mindy Nyby, later confirmed that her client "has decided to change counsel to Samantha Bley Dejean."
In related news, Celebrity Insider reports Jolie has been going the extra mile for her children on purpose. Contrary to popular belief, however, she is doing it not because she wants the kids to choose her over their dad.
"Angelina's kids are everything to her, their wellbeing is her top priority," says the publication's source. "She loves them all dearly. Since the divorce, she has felt guilty about the trauma the kids are dealing with, so she has doubled her efforts to make them happy."
