According to Comicbook, "Boruto" Episode 74 and 75 will continue the events of "Mitsuki Arc" from the previous episode's, Episode 73 "The Other Side of the Moon," major cliffhanger. To recall, Boruto and Sarada invaded Orochimaru's lab and met the mad scientist to learn Mitsuki's background and his secrets.
Orochimaru then pointed the two to the White Snake Sage of Ryuchi Cave, where they could learn the secret message Mitsuki told Boruto. But Boruto and Sarada got ambushed by Moegi Kazamatsuri and her Team 10 wards, Inojin, Shikadai, and Chocho on their way to the place. This event would lead to an epic battle that would occur in "Boruto" Episode 74 and 75.
OtakuKart reported "Boruto" Episode 74 and 75 would mostly feature Team 7 and Team 10's epic battle. Boruto and Shikadai already faced each other in the anime, so their upcoming face-to-face is a rematch. Boruto would aim to beat Shikadai in a clean fight and would never cheat as he did before to pursue Mitsuki.
Sarada, on the other hand, would face Chocho in "Boruto" Episode 74 and 75. With her abilities, Sarada could easily take Chocho down. Also, Moegi would be there in the event, although what she would do is still a mystery.
The battle between Team 7 and Team 10 in "Boruto" Episode 74 and 75 has been in the cards for a long time. Boruto continuously "seeding" conflicts and intrigues to the members of both teams, so it is not surprising to happen. However, the battle will be imposing a lot of questions after it takes place.
