Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton's relationship is without a doubt among the most go-to subjects of online tabloids. But no matter how they try to fabricate stories about the couple's relationship, there are sites that continue to debunk their premises. Here are some of the most recent false claims about the pair.

In late August, a story falsely surfaced and claimed that Stefani was marrying her boyfriend and also expecting his baby. It was even stated that the celebrity couple "spent up to $420,000 on fertility treatments" and planned to make the baby announcement at their so-called "wedding."

The only catch was no timeline was given as to when and where the ceremony might take place, as busted by Gossip Cop. Around the same time it was published, Stefani was photographed walking to church with her two sons, and she certainly had no signs of a baby bump. Meanwhile, Shelton recently said that while he thinks about marrying Stefani, it will not be "anytime soon or anything."

Earlier in August, a false site called Star published a phony cover story suggesting that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton secretly tied the knot at his Oklahoma ranch back in March. The article featured several made-up details about the nonexistent nuptials, including what she wore and who was invited.

The narrative, however, amounted to pure fan fiction. Shelton's comments about not getting married "anytime soon" were made in April, one month after the supposed wedding was said to have taken place. In reality, as reported by Entertainment Tonight, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton were "not ready to get married."

Gossip Cop also addressed Star upon falsely claiming that Shelton was "jealous" of his girlfriend's Las Vegas residency. It was said that this caused problems in their relationship. What the magazine forgot to mention is that the country singer had sent Stefani flowers to celebrate the opening night of her residency. He also tweeted about the show several times, even joking that he was a "stalker" because he kept attending.

In June, the publication also busted OK! for wrongly reporting that the couple's wedding was "just weeks away." According to the outlet, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton became inspired to tie the knot after attending the latter's nuptials in Fort Worth, Texas. Surprisingly, it has been several weeks since their wedding was "weeks away" and has yet to take place. As is the case with many tabloid stories, the passage of time has proven it false.
